Terms and conditions

ThetaHealing SA Terms and Conditions:

  1. ThetaHealing SA reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions without prior notice.  Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at the thetahealing.co.za website.
  2. Your submission of a registration form constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications.
  3. With the exception of the Excalibur Programme, which already offers a generous price reduction, people over 60 qualify for a discount of 10% off course fee but only on submission of proof of age.
  4. For all courses that take place, the deposit paid is non-refundable and non-transferable to another person.
  5. With the exception of Excalibur Programme, all course fees must be paid in full at least 4 days ahead of the commencement of the course. For the Excalibur Programme, the full fee for the programme is due 14 days before the commencement of the Basic Practitioner’s Course.
  6. If you notify us at least 3 days ahead of the commencement of a course of your inability to attend, you may attend the course at a later date, subject to an amendment fee and provided such course takes place within one year.
  7. If you cancel or withdraw from the course within 2 days of the commencement of the class, or after the course has commenced, you will forfeit all fees paid and must settle the balance of the full fee due (if not already paid).
  8. In some instances, Excalibur Programme participants may negotiate participation in a replacement course.
  9. If ThetaHealing SA cancels a scheduled class and is unable to offer a suitable replacement class, all fees paid (including deposits) will be refunded.
  10. Unless otherwise indicated all courses are offered in Johannesburg, South Africa.
  11. Course fees are non-negotiable but disadvantaged students may apply for a partial scholarship.
  12. Neither ThetaHealing SA or Eric Richardson will  be held liable for adverse effects, injury, harm, illness or damage (including relationship changes) alleged to have been caused by the use of the methods and techniques of ThetaHealing, whether during a course with us or a session with a certified practitioner, at any time.
  13. ThetaHealing is not to be used as a substitute for medical attention, diagnosis, or treatment, or for other professional mental health or medical services. It is a supplement to medical care, not a substitute for it, and practitioners may not claim to diagnose, cure or treat any illness or mental condition. Please see a medical doctor if necessary and continue with your prescribed medication despite participation in ThetaHealing sessions or training.
  14. You are required to sign an agreement with THINK at the start of a course. This will enable you to be licensed as a ThetaHealer for a period of 5 years at the end of a course with us. Annual licence fees are not payable.
  15. We may choose to list on this website the contact details of ThetaHealers trained by us, but we are under no obligation to do so. We reserve the right to refuse or delete the listing of any ThetaHealers on this website without explanation. Listing a practitioner does not constitute a endorsement of the practitioner.
  16. Practitioners remain responsible for their own practices, marketing, websites, clients and contracts with THINK, and cannot be deemed to be employees of ThetaHealing SA.
