Body is feeling much better today and yesterday i actually felt like i was going through detox or somthing like and i never been to the loo so many times in one day before, saturday evening it felt like my mind was going to explode with all the thoughts, almost as if it was trying to reshuffle and reorder things a bit. I felt physical heat in areas where of my neck where i’ve experienced pain mostly…..(ha just a bit of feedeback there he he)…
