Our policy applies to all personal information given and received, including all information from your past use of any of our products, events and services. We define personal information as anything that would identify you: your address, your phone and email contact information, your name, your preferences, as well as other information that is not generally available to the public.
We provide complete physical, electronic and procedural security steps that comply with government regulations in order to protect your information. We do not share your information with employees or the ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge (in charge of ThetaHealing certification) without their demonstrated, reasonable need to access your information in order to perform their jobs related to providing you with products, services and accreditation that you request.
1. What information do we collect and what do we do with it?
When you enroll as a student, client, or subscriber for our related courses/events/sessions, as part of the enrolling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. This enables us to contact you privately about the course/event/session for which you have registered.
2. How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to join a class or event, make a purchase, or participate in a 1 on 1 session, you consent to us using this information to send additional emails and communication to you, including our free newsletter. By submitting your contact phone number when you subscribe or book a course or session, you are consenting to receiving text messages and phone calls from ThetaHealing SA. Such messages will include Links to information you have requested (e.g. ebooks, videos, webinars, sessions) as well as information about events that may interest you.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by unsubscribing.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
4. Third Party Services
YMLP provides us with the online platform that allow us to deliver newsletters to you. They host our contact database and allow us to store and manage your contact details. Your data is stored through YMLP data storage, databases and the general YMLP application on a secure server behind a firewall. We obtain your contact details through the Setmore App when you schedule a 1 on 1 session, or from THINK when you sign up for a course through their website. Zoom and Skype are our provider for 1 on 1 sessions and online classes.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways (e.g. Paypal) and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
Certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our course website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. You are assured that your information will not be sold.

If our site or course is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell services and products to you.
